The table finishes at 36 “H and has 4 – 24” Barstools that sit 2 to the back and 1 to each side when closed. The term “gathering “ comes from when you are having a party and everyone gathers in the kitchen. So, this table is at kitchen counter height and has built in storage to the front. When closed the table size is 36”x54” and when the built in butterfly leaf is in use the table becomes a 54 “ square seating up to 8 people ( 2 on each side)
